I like to keep my sessions as natural and as relaxed as possible to focus on my subjects true personality. I will document as much detail as possible on the day like laughter, connections, movement, spontaneous and emotional moments worth capturing forever.

I will always take the time before sessions to discuss the style of portrait your are after and what expectations you may have. I don’t like to rush my sessions, especially with newborns, so I sometimes go a little over time. Every session is different and has it’s own challenges so in order to capture the true essence of your portrait, my ultimate goal is to create a fun, relaxed, non-pressured environment for you and your family.

Do you do extended family sessions?

Of course!
We can capture a variety of combinations while you are here as well including a group shot, then any other combinations that you request.

What products do you offer?

We offer beautiful prints, framed wall art, albums, folio boxes and digital file collections. Go to our pricing tab to see photos of our beautiful products.

What should we wear?

We will send you through a guide and link to pinterest on what to wear to your session.
The best advice we can give is to keep your outfits simple.

What if my child is sick?

If you or your children are unwell please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that children can become sick, so we are happy to reschedule however please be aware that we are usually booked weeks in advance. Likewise if we are unwell, or if the weather is not suitable for the shoot, we will contact you on the day of the session and reschedule a suitable day with you.

Do you travel interstate or overseas?

Yes we're absolutely happy to travel Interstate and International. Every so often we get asked to photograph families from different locations. Travel fees and accommodation may apply.

Whats your turn around time?

Please allow 2 weeks for us to edit your gallery of images. If you need your images sooner please mention it to us an we will try our best. Prints and products can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks.

How long does a family session take?

Please allow 1-2 hours for your session. Every session is different.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes absolutely! Please go to our 'Client Lounge' tab and you will find some different options for our gift vouchers.

What time does the session take place?

Outdoor sessions are held at sunrise or sunset when the sun is low and the light and beautiful. Our studio sessions start at 10.30am.

Is there a minimum spend?

We don't have a minimum spend on our portraits. What you choose to spend is entirely up to you.
To give you a guideline most of our clients will spend 650- 2000 on their portrait session.

What happens if it's raining?

If it is raining, I will call you to let you know whether we can proceed. It is most likely that we will need to reschedule.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes we offer interest free payment plans. You can take you photos home and pay them off. Ask Jade for more information.
