(a) The Photographer may collect personal information about the Client in the course of the Photographer’s engagement with the Client and will treat this information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

(b) Subject to the requirements within the Privacy Act, the information disclosed by the Client to the Photographer may be used:

(i) to provide Services to the Client,

(ii) to fulfil administrative functions associated with these Services;

(iii) to enter into contracts with the Client or third parties; and

(iv) for marketing and client relationship purposes.
