Help us change the lives of our Aussie Farmers, simply by having your child photographed by an award-winning photographer and featured in a beautiful fine art book?

This month we’ll be creating a fine art book called “Children of the Gold Coast” to help raise money for Drought Angels.

The impact of the drought as it enters it’s sixth year is almost impossible to fathom or describe. Farmers everywhere are facing desperate times with 100% of NSW and 60% QLD now drought declared. Stock blood lines that have in some cases taken generations to breed are being lost, farmers are left with no choice but to walk off their properties under the crippling strain of debt.

The sheer volume of calls for help from farmers is at a record high and they need our help!

Every dollar raised helps keep our Aussie Farmers on the land, supports their families and the community’s wellbeing.

Our overall goal is to raise $5000 for charity by photographing 50 fine art portraits of children and publishing these in a beautiful hard cover book.

Frequently asked questions

How will it work?

We’re looking for children aged between 1-16 years of age to participate.

Jade will be donating her time and talent to photograph up to 50 fine art portrait sessions of children. Our goal is to produce a stunning (100 page) hard cover book and raise up to $5000 for Drought Angels.

How much does it cost to participate?

The cost to participate is $100 for one child and $50 for each additional child in your family.
As well as donating to a fabulous charity you will also receive the following;
• A creative portrait session with Jade Schofield
• A complimentary 7x11” fine art print
• A double page feature in our book.
• In studio reveal of your images

When?

Session times will be available during the September/ December School holidays and weekends.
All sessions are held in the afternoons between 3.30 and 5.30pm for the best lighting conditions.

Where?

We have chosen five amazing locations on the Gold Coast. You will have the option to choose your location and time upon booking.

Can I have my family photographed on the day?

Yes, Jade will happily photograph your family at no extra cost. If you would like to take advantage of this amazing offer please let us know and we can schedule an additional 30 minutes onto your session.

Please note; family photos will not be included in our book.

Will I get to see any other photos taken on the day?

Yes, approximately 1-2 weeks after your portrait session Jade will invite you back to her studio to reveal the images on the day. This is when you choose your complimentary print.

Can I purchase extra photos?

That’s entirely up to you. You are NOT obligated to purchase any photos from your portrait session. However, Jade will capture some amazing photographs of your child so if you decide you’d like to purchase one, some, or all, that is entirely up to you.

If you decide to make a purchase, we will give you a 10% discount towards your order as another THANK YOU for being part of our special charity project.

Do I get to choose the photo for the book?

In order to balance the graphic design and layout of the book, Jade will choose her favourite photograph(s) from your session to be featured in the book.

Can I order a copy of the book?

The book will be available for pre- order for $150.
This is a non-profit fee that will cover printing, production, graphic design and delivery to the studio.

Conditions of entry

Because this book will be published, you must be willing to give us full permission to use the photographs by having a parent/guardian sign a model release.
Forever After Photography remains copyright owner of all the images
We will donate 100% of your participation fee to Drought Angels
Your participation fee is non-refundable or transferable once processed and donated.
Your participation fee does NOT include a copy of the book however, it will be available to purchase.
You will receive a complimentary 7×11” photograph.

PRIVACY POLICY

(a) The Photographer may collect personal information about the Client in the course of the Photographer’s engagement with the Client and will treat this information in accordance with the Privacy Act.

(b) Subject to the requirements within the Privacy Act, the information disclosed by the Client to the Photographer may be used:

(i) to provide Services to the Client,

(ii) to fulfil administrative functions associated with these Services;

(iii) to enter into contracts with the Client or third parties; and

(iv) for marketing and client relationship purposes.
