This family portrait session was taken at one of my favourite locations on the Gold Coast.
I met this beautiful family over 4 years ago when Tara was pregnant with Kobi. I photographed both her maternity and newborn portrait sessions and now their family session.
Tara’s family portrait was taken on the day millions of butterflies migrated to the Gold Coast – I have never seen so many butterflies, it was magical. However, I had to edit all of the butterflies out of the photographs because they were so small and it looked like I had a dirty sensor.
It was Tara’s birthday on the day of the photo shoot, she decided to get her hair and make up done professionally and go out after to a friends house to celebrate her birthday. That night surrounded by family and friends, Michael proposed to Tara and SHE SAID YES! I’m so happy for them!
